Call for donation to the Typhoon Frank Relief Drive


Typhoon “Frank” (international name ‘Fengshen’), packing sustained winds at 120 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 150 kilometers per hour, battered the Philippines over the weekend. The typhoon left at least 229 people killed and over 700 others missing in 12 regions. At least 764,380 people or 150,241 families were affected by floods, storm surge, and landslides in 1,533 barangays, 152 municipalities, 26 cities, and 28 provinces.

The Citizens' Disaster Response Center (CDRC) is calling for donation to help with the typhoon relief.

Food and non-food donations
are also being accepted. These include drinking water, water containers, canned goods, rice, kitchen utensils, lighting equipments (candles, gas lamps, flashlights, batteries, etc.), blankets, mosquito nets, mats, and clothes.

CDRC is a non-profit organization and your contribution will go directly to relief and rehabilitation efforts.
